●Product structure and composition:
The disposable laryngeal mask airway consists of an airway tube, a mask bag, and an inflation tube. It is made primarily from silicone and medical polymer materials. This product is a multifunctional innovative laryngeal mask that conforms to the anatomical curve of the throat and integrates channels for gastric drainage, tracheal intubation, and anti-movement.
● Scope of application:
Mainly used to establish a short-term non-determined artificial airway for patients requiring anesthesia, artificial ventilation, or other respiratory assistance.
● Product features:
1. No (pre) inflation. The anterior mask bag does not require deflation, and the posterior mask bag does not require inflation. If the mask bag pressure is insufficient during the procedure, the inflation tube can serve as a supplement;
2. Guided intubation. The intubation slope angle is 25-35°, with no barriers, facilitating the entry of the tracheal tube into the airway;
3. Anti-movement during the procedure. The base of the laryngeal mask airway can press against the nasopharynx and lock in place without the need for binding, conforming to the anatomical characteristics of the throat of Chinese individuals;
4. Dual-lumen and dual-bag design. The esophagus and airway are separated, allowing for the placement of a size 16 gastric tube and a size 7.5 tracheal tube, with the back bag generating a forward thrust, making the mask bag fit more closely to the glottis and increasing its sealing.
